Baasit has always been a passionate educator. Having extensive TV experience, he now runs workshops for kids through his company Siddiqui Education. One of the workshops he delivers is "Let's Pitch It", which is an amazing concept, you'll hear all about in this episode. Baasit talks about to importance of being emotionally intelligent as a teacher, to impact positively on students, and their education.

In a senior role with in large global company, Michael deals with colleagues from all around the world with different backgrounds. He is the Co-Chair of "Mosaic", a community that champions diversity and inclusivity within MBDA.

On this episode, he's chatting with Keith Fraser.
Keith is a recently retired senior police officer who spent more than 30 years in the first and second largest police forces in the country.
He states that one of his greatest achievements during his time was setting up the cultural and communities resource unit in London, before moving to the West Midlands.
He has recently had the honour of being appointed as the Chair of the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales, as a board member responsible for the over representation of black Asian and minority ethnic young people in the youth justice system, across England and Wales.
He was appointed by the Prime Minister as a Commissioner on the UK Race and Ethnic Disparities Commission.
He is Trustee for Sport Birmingham and the 999 Cenotaph.
He is also an ambassador clean sheet and a patron for the Old St Monicans and Employability UK. He is passionate about ensuring that every young person is given the opportunity to be themselves and flourish. He also believes that offenders deserve to be given a chance to become a productive part of society.
Keith is committed to using his past experience to support the skills agenda, power of sport to help turn communities around and supporting people and organisations to reach their full potential. Passionate about people being themselves and being valued for that.
He enjoys walking and family time.
